The hourglass device is a bronze, silver, or gold device that represents years of service within the Reserve Unit assigned. It is affixed to the center of the respective ribbon. A bronze hourglass represents ten years, silver twenty years and the gold is thirty years.This device is in a 3/16' size.It comes in Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
