What is the Air and Space Campaign Medal Decoration?

The Air and Space Campaign Medal awarded by the United States Air Force for members who supported a significant U.S. military operation as stated by the Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force. Members who have provided direct support for thirty consecutive or sixty nonconsecutive days can receive this medal but are unable to earn any other for the same operation. Any other awards are denoted with a bronze star.
